No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The information you share, including your mobile phone number, will only be used by HBLA to discuss your case inquiry. Do not enter information into the “Contact Us” form or other form submissions that you consider to be personal, sensitive, or confidential.

In certain cases, HBLA may permit co-counsel or retained experts to assist in reviewing e-mail correspondence, but any such personnel will be required to agree to keep that information confidential prior to being granted access.

The Website does not deploy any tracking technologies and does not share your information with any third parties, with the exceptions outlined above.
